Every other Friday from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM our CU Well Peer Leaders are hanging out at the Lerner Ramps! They are a fantastic resource for information about health & well-being resources provided by Alice! Health Promtion (and Columbia Health broadly). Stop by to chat, get connected to resources, or grab any of our well-being freebies (snacks, sleep kits, sticky-note books, foldaway totebags, lipbalm).
