Fees for Additional Services

After paying the full-time Columbia Health and Related Services Fee (HRSF) billed to your term bill, students pay no additional charges for most services provided on-campus. Students enrolled in Columbia Health can also get the following vaccines for free at Medical Services:

  1. Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)*
  2. Hepatitis A, B, or a combination
  3. Human papillomavirus (for students age 26 or younger)
  4. Influenza (Flu)
  5. Covid-19
  6. Meningococcal Meningitis
  7. Pneumococcal (if clinically indicated)
  8. Tetanus/Diphtheria or Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis
  9. Varicella a.k.a Chickenpox
  10. Shingles (only appropriate for students over the age of 60)

Vaccinations are available for a minimal cost to students who have not paid the full-time HRSF (e.g. half-time or part-time students) except for flu, which is available at no cost. Charges must be paid to Columbia Health by credit card (only Visa or MasterCard accepted) prior to receiving any chargeable service.

*Excludes students who require the MMR vaccine to meet pre-matriculation immunization requirements. These students must pay the cost of the vaccine, plus a visit fee, to avail of this vaccine at Medical Services.
