Stressbusters are student volunteers who help others learn strategies for coping with stress. They also provide free brief neck and back rubs and facilitate arts and crafts activities throughout the Morningside Columbia community.
Free Neck and Back Rubs
- Stressbusters bookmarks feature tips on coping with stress. Pick up a bookmark at Stressbusters events or the Alice! Health Promotion office.

Request Stressbusters for Your Event
To request Stressbusters at your next event, complete a Stressbusters event request form at least two weeks prior to your event. We will try our best to fill the request, but note that Stressbusters can provide a limited number of events per day. If we are able to fill the request, we will send a confirmation at least three days prior to the scheduled event.
