Service Advisory

Due to severe weather, please note the following adjustments to Columbia Health services or hours:

  • Medical Services will close at 4:30 p.m. on Monday 1/26/15. Offices will be open on 1/27/15 beginning 9:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. For the clinician-on-call, please dial 212-854-7426.
  • Counseling and Psychological Services will conduct sessions via phone for students with existing appointments scheduled for 5:00 p.m. or later on Monday, 1/26/15 or any time on Tuesday, 1/27/15. If you have an appointment, your provider will be in contact to make arrangements or to reschedule if needed. Students who do not have a scheduled appointment and are in need of immediate attention may contact the clinician-on-call at 212-854-9797, or proceed to the nearest Psychiatric emergency room. The Psychiatric Emergency nearest Columbia is the St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Emergency Room at 113th Street and Amsterdam Avenue and the phone number is  212-523-3347.  
  • Sexual Violence Response offices will close at 3:00 p.m. on 1/26/15 and for the day on Tuesday 1/27/15. 24-hour support continues to be available and can be accessed by calling 212-854-HELP (4357). 
  • Disability Services will not have drop-in hours 1/27/15, but all other operations will continue as scheduled.
