Catherine Gorodetsky

As Associate Director of Operations for Columbia Health, Catherine leads and manages facilities, operations, compliance, accreditation, and strategic projects for Columbia Health. She serves as the key leadership representative to Columbia University Facilities and Operations and Public Safety, including managing CUEMS and emergency planning response. She works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all University requirements related to facilities, operations, immunizations, accreditation, and emergency medical services (CUEMS). 

Catherine first joined Columbia Health in 2013 as the Immunization Compliance Coordinator. After a number of years with Columbia Health followed by Columbia Residential she rejoined the Columbia Health team in 2019 holding Special Projects and Manager of the COVID-19 Testing Center roles. 

Prior to joining Columbia, she worked at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in Boston. Catherine is a seasoned professional with a background in administration, public health, and student services. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys taking long walks around the city, people watching, and practicing yoga.
