Joseph joined the Alice! team in 2016. He is an undergraduate student in Columbia College, with intentions of on majoring in Biochemistry on the premed track. He’s from the warmth of Miami, Florida and has lived there all his life. He’s a very outdoorsy person and loves hiking, fishing, and kayaking. He’s also highly interested in biological research (specifically molecular) and community service. Here at Columbia University, he’s actively involved in the CU Peer Health Exchange chapter teaching sexual health and decision making to 9th graders around the New York City area. He can also be found regularly up at the Columbia Medical Center where he’s a research assistant in a lab under the Pediatric Gastroenterology department.
