Peace & Presence is a mindfulness series of diverse holistic wellness workshops for students. These sessions will explore non-verbal and experiential healing techniques, self-calming tools, and guide participants in incorporating mindfulness into your daily lives.
Throughout the workshop, participants will learn to utilize meditative practices that support grounding oneself, and cultivating a sense of inner safety. This class is lead by Senior Psychologist Addette Williams from Columbia University's Counseling and Psychological Services.
