The Koru Basic Mindfulness and Meditation course consists of 4 weekly 75-minute classes specifically designed to address the needs of emerging adults. Graduates of the course report feeling more rested, calmer, less self-judgment and more mindfulness. A commitment to all 4 weeks is required, as is 10 minutes of daily homework.
