Stressbusters are student volunteers who help others learn strategies for coping with stress and provide free brief neck and back rubs throughout the Morningside Columbia community. They also host a number of events during the academic year.

Stressbusters offer free brief neck and back rubs to the Columbia community in an effort to reduce stress on campus and promote anxiety-reduction techniques:

Melt Away Mondays

Request Stressbusters for Your Event

To request Stressbusters at your next event, complete a Stressbusters event request form at least two weeks prior to your event. We will try our best to fill the request, but note that Stressbusters can provide a limited number of events per day. If we are able to fill the request, we will send a confirmation at least three days prior to the scheduled event.
