Alice! Health Promotion provides an interactive training on Communication, Assertiveness, and Success that helps students: 

  • Identify and practice effective communication strategies
  • Develop and practice techniques to clearly and confidently express their opinions, values, and emotions
  • Identify and practice how to handle difficult or stressful communication situations 
Alice! also offers a training on Relationships and Friends that helps students:
  • Identify techniques to develop and maintain relationships
  • Practice active listening and effective communication strategies
  • Identify and practice strategies to improve or enhance relationships
  • Discuss when and how to end a relationship
