Alice! Health Promotion provides an interactive training on Communication, Assertiveness, and Success that helps students:
- Identify and practice effective communication strategies
- Develop and practice techniques to clearly and confidently express their opinions, values, and emotions
- Identify and practice how to handle difficult or stressful communication situations
Alice! also offers a training on Relationships and Friends that helps students:
- Identify techniques to develop and maintain relationships
- Practice active listening and effective communication strategies
- Identify and practice strategies to improve or enhance relationships
- Discuss when and how to end a relationship
