Stressbusters are student volunteers who help to promote positive stress coping strategies amongst Columbians. Teams of students deliver free neck and back rubs at events throughout the Columbia University community. Stressbusters host and participate in a number of events during the academic year, including the following recurring events:
Melt Away Mondays
Date: Every Monday during the academic year
Time: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Location: Wallach Hall Lounge
Wind Down Wednesdays
Date: Every Wednesday during the academic year
Time: 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Location: Lerner East Ramp Lounge
Stressbusters in Butler
Date: Tuesday, May 3, 2016
Time: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Location: Butler 203
If you would like Stressbusters to provide neck and back rubs at your next event, please submit a Stressbusters request form.
