Columbia students can meet with a Registered Dietitian who will provide individual counseling and help students understand and meet their unique nutrition needs. If you're interested in learning more about healthy eating habits for yourself, please schedule an appointment.
Following national standards for excellent care, Columbia Health has maintained a multidisciplinary team of experts on eating disorders comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, registered dietitian and a clinical social worker. The team works together to establish a unique treatment plan for each student.

If you are above your most healthy weight, the Weight Management Team at Columbia University is available to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle through a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary team approach. The team provides medical monitoring and individualized counseling with an emphasis on making sustainable lifelong changes. With a combination of mindful eating practices, exercise and behavior modifications, the Weight Management Program strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for those aiming to lose weight.
