Throughout the year, Counseling and Psychological Services counselors offer support groups to students and provide special programs, often in collaboration with student groups, deans, residence advisers, and others. Please check our current listing below.
Meet other LGBTQ graduate students and to talk about concerns in our community. Just drop by, no screening is necessary.
Group for Women Healing from Sexual Abuse
The group will focus on naming and understanding the effects of the abuse and on finding ways to address them. This is a structured support group for women who have been sexually abused in childhood or adolescence.
Making Peace with Food
This is a psychoeducational support group open to undergraduate and graduate students (both men and women) who struggle with their relationship with food and are preoccuppied with their shape or weight.
