The Stressbust Yourself Toolkit provides six quick and easy tips Columbians can use to relax themselves and cope with stress.
Stressbusters Bookmarks feature tips from the Stressbust Yourself Toolkit. Bookmarks can be found at Stressbusters events and at Columbia University Libraries circulation desks.

Stressbusters in Butler
