Serena Baker joined Columbia Health in 2010. Prior to joining Columbia Health, Serena worked as a nurse at the American Embassy in San Salvador, El Salvador, where she attended to the health care needs of Foreign Service members and their families. She was also responsible for providing immunizations and treating patients according to physician-approved protocols. In addition, she created and delivered disease prevention discussions, in both English and Spanish, on topics ranging from hypertension to food safety. Serena is interested in health promotion and public health.

Paula Van Aken joined Columbia Health in October 2008. Prior to joining Columbia Health, Paula was an Associate Professor and Director of the Didactic Program in Nutrition at Marymount College of Fordham University until its closure in 2008. She has had extensive clinical and managerial healthcare experience and maintains a private nutrition counseling practice in Dutchess County, with a specialization in eating disorders.

Patricia Anders joined Columbia Health in 1988. Prior to joining Columbia Health, she was the Clinical Coordinator of the Labor and Delivery Unit at Lenox Hill Hospital, a Childbirth Educator, and a Nurse Practitioner at the Fertility Research Foundation.

Dr. Brenda Aiken joined Columbia Health in the fall of 2000. She is also an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. Prior to joining Columbia Health, Brenda was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, an Assistant Attending Physician at Allen Pavilion. She also worked closely with the faculty and staff of the Residency Program in Social Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. She attended Barnard College and received her M.D.

Dr. Annette Santiago-Espana joined Columbia Health in 2006. She became Clinical Team Leader of the Eating Disorders Team in 2007. Prior to joining Columbia Health, Annette served as a psychologist at Princeton University Health Services, Counseling and Psychological Services. She earned her B.A. at Rutgers University, her M.A. at Andrews University, her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Indiana State University, and completed an internship in professional psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Counseling Center.
