Adam joined CU Health in 2010.  In his current role as a Senior Coordinator in Disability Services, Adam does the following:

  • Works with students from the following schools: Columbia College, Journalism, Architecture, Social Work, International and Public Affairs, General Studies, the Executive MBA Program, and student athletes
  • Serves as coordinator for student athletes registered with DS; liaises with coaches and administrators within Athletics to provide collaborative services
  • Reviews disability documentation and determines eligibility for services and accommodations
  • Provides ongoing case management, and supportive advisement on a range of disability and academic concerns
  • Serves as staff-coordinator of Columbia’s Project Eye-to-Eye Chapter (mentoring program for students diagnosed with LD/ADHD); advises Columbia mentors and assist in planning weekly art-rooms

Before joining Columbia, Adam worked as a TV sports anchor and was lucky enough to report live from two Superbowls, three Final Fours, and a World Series.  It is safe to say Adam is an avid sports fan (Yankees, Giants, Knicks).
