Alice! Health Promotion Program offers a variety of interactive trainings on health-related topics that provide current health information, teach skills necessary to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors and connect students with appropriate on- and off-campus resources.
Student groups, departments, and others interested in requesting a training session should submit a request using the link below. Please note that trainings are intended for groups of 10 or more participants.
Possible Topics for trainings include: Alcohol, Communication, Assertiveness, Contraception, Nutrition & Healthier Eating, Fitness, Sexual & Reproductive Health, Stress, Sleep, Tobacco, and other topics upon request.
