Alice! Health Promotion

Alice! Health Promotion offers a variety of interactive workshops on health-related topics that provide current health information, teach skills necessary to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors, and connect students with appropriate on- and off-campus resources.

Possible topics for trainings include: Alcohol, Communication, Assertiveness, Contraception, Nutrition & Healthier Eating, Fitness, Sexual & Reproductive Health, Stress, Sleep, Tobacco, and other topics upon request.

Student groups, departments, and others interested in requesting a training session should submit a request. We are available to lead workshops Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Training requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your desired program date. You will be contacted by Alice! approximately two business days after submitting your request to confirm your workshop details.

Please note that Alice! is only able to provide workshops for Columbia University student groups on the Morningside campus and its affiliates (JTS, UTS and Teachers College). Event sponsors (that's you) are responsible for all advertising, room reservation and set-up, refreshments and attendance. We also require at least 10 people in attendance and we reserve the right to cancel workshops that violate the attendance requirement.
