Whom We ServeColumbia University Medical Center
Students at the Columbia University Medical Center campus may utilize medical services at the Student Health Service and are eligible to enroll in the CUMC health insurance program.
There are two resources available to CUMC students, including Disability Services and Sexual Violence Response.
Disability Services
Disability Services facilitates equal access for students with disabilities by coordinating accommodations and support services, cultivating a campus culture that is sensitive and responsive to the needs of students.
Sexual Violence Response
Sexual Violence Response has staff at the CUMC campus at designated times, and are available for consultation by phone and in person at other times.
Sexual Violence Response works with the Center for Student Wellness to provide educational and skill building workshops on the CUMC campus. Medical Center students are encouraged to volunteer with our programs. Sexual Violence Response can also provide referrals for Medical Center students to on campus, community-based and national support services.
