Erin Callahan Soto is a fourth-year adult psychiatry resident at New York- Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. She earned a B.A. in Music and Premedical Studies from Yale University and an M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. During medical school she studied patterns of use of the pediatric psychiatric emergency room and has published and presented her work. She has received numerous fellowships to support and further her research interests including, most recently, the American Psychiatric Association Child Psychiatry Fellowship 2010-2011. She will complete residency training in Spring 2012 with a plan to work with adult psychiatry patients in an outpatient setting.
