Ayesha Nagra

Ayesha Nagra joined Columbia Health in 2012. Prior to joining Columbia Health, Ayesha served as a Psychologist and Outreach Coordinator at Oregon State University's Counseling & Psychological Services. She earned her B.A. at Women’s Christian College in Chennai, India, her M.A. at University of Pune in Pune, India, and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Central Michigan University, and she completed an internship in clinical psychology at Duke University's  Counseling & Psychological Services.

Ayesha’s professional interests include working with students from diverse backgrounds with intersecting identities and exploring the interplay between these, working with international students on issues of acculturation, and helping ameliorate affective and anxiety states. She also enjoys helping students develop mindfulness-based skills to increase resilience, build compassion for self and find happiness in the present moment.

Ayesha Nagra is licensed to practice psychology in the State of New York.
