Serina Deen earned her B.A. from Princeton University, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Psychology. She completed a dual M.D./M.P.H. program at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She is a fourth-year psychiatry resident at Columbia University. Her current interests include adult psychotherapy, medical journalism, and public health.
