Brad Badgley joined Alice! Health Promotion as the Senior Health Promotion Specialist in January 2011. He brings a background in health promotion, student affairs, and residence life to his work. Prior to joining Columbia, Brad was part of the Health Promotion team at Northern Illinois University, while also completing six years of honorable service in the Illinois Air National Guard.

Brad has an M.Ed. in Student Affairs and Higher Education Administration and a B.A. in Mass Communications from Wright State University along with doctoral coursework in Adult and Higher Education from Northern Illinois University. In his role, Brad oversees the substance abuse prevention initiatives (BASICS, AlcoholEDU, etc.,) along with other priority health promotion efforts.

While not working, Brad enjoys the outdoors, playing sports, working out, writing, cultural activities, and hanging out with friends and family. Brad hopes to one day compete in the Ironman triathlon competition.
