Immunization Requirements
Walk-In Immunization Clinics

Free MMR immunizations are also given at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene walk-in clinics. You may choose to visit one of the following clinics if you are unable to receive the vaccine at Medical Services at Columbia Health. The waiting time at any of the clinics is usually one to two hours and may be longer during busy periods.

The clinic will document the immunization on an Immunization Record Card. A copy of this record should be attached to the completed student section of the Columbia University MMR Form and provided to the Columbia Health Immunization Compliance Office.
